LIG Neoptek has manufactured a wide variety of optical
transceivers.
LIG Neoptek who is formerly fiber optic division of LG Cable has been
accomplishing development of DFB Laser Diode, PIN Photo Diode
in the filed of optical semiconductors. On the optical module area,
LIG Neoptek has commercialized optical transceivers satisfied in a
wide range of application from OC-3 to OC-48 including CWDM and PON
applications. To meet the needs of each customer, LIG Neoptek has
the various packaging types that are SFF, SFP and customized design

On-going and future R & D activities.
Utilizing active component technologies accumulated from long history
of R & D, G-PON diplexer and triplexer transceivers are about
to enter market. We are now concentrating on the development of 8Gbps
SFP+, 10Gbps XFP and 300pin transceivers. 40Gbps products for next
generation are also within our R & D scope.
